I've been meaning to do one of these for a while now, but I hadn't really had any ideas 'til just recently. The idea for the caption sorta thing is mainly inspired by the ones [link] has done. Those never cease to split my side xDDD
So yeah. You won't get the full effect if you don't know Moulin Rouge, but here's what I came up with.
EDIT: So I watched MR again today, right? It's actually wilting flower first, then bright and bubbly. And of course me, being the ocd freak that I am, just had to come and change this. S'all better now <3
